Below is the project’s roadmap from ideation to building and testing an MVP. We plan to create a longer-term roadmap after evaluating feedback on our MVP.

  1. March 1, 2026 to May 10, 2025: Brainstorming project features and underlying questions and assumptions; securing funding for validation.
  2. May 10, 2025 to August 1, 2025: Building prototypes of project features; validation of underlying assumptions and testing of project prototypes through field visits and conversations with NGOs, research institutions, and government organisations; determining key features to include in MVP.
  3. August 1, 2025 to December 1, 2025: Building an MVP
  4. December 1, 2025 to February 1, 2026: Testing the MVP with stakeholders and refining its features
